Frequently Asked Questions
What is the goal of the updated Trusted Partners program?
The updated program is designed to create stronger, more strategic partnerships by
increasing meaningful connections between vendors whose standards align with The
Management Trust, community managers, and board members. It focuses on delivering high-
quality services, fostering engagement, improving visibility, and ensuring more consistent
standards across the network.
How are the program tiers structured?
Each tier is designed to offer increasing levels of visibility, access, and engagement
opportunities. Higher tiers include more touchpoints, such as events, networking opportunities,
and educational sessions, so our CAMs are educated about our top vendor partners and build
deeper relationships.
What value can I expect from participating?
The program is built to provide measurable business value through:
• Increased exposure to community managers and board members
• More opportunities for direct engagement (e.g., events, lunch and learns)
• Enhanced credibility as a vetted Trusted Partnership
• Stronger alignment with communities actively seeking qualified vendors
How does the program improve access to decision-makers?
Based on feedback, we are prioritizing more direct and consistent access to community
managers through structured events, expanded touchpoints, and clearer pathways for
engagement.
Is the required General Liability insurance coverage continuing as part of the Trusted Partners Program?
No. Beginning in October 2026, the Trusted Partners program will no longer require
participation in or payment of insurance premiums. This means vendors will not incur additional
insurance costs as part of program enrollment.
This change is designed to reduce financial barriers, simplify participation, and better align
program costs with the value delivered. Vendors will continue to be expected to carry standard,
appropriate business insurance, but the program itself will no longer include or mandate
insurance requirements or associated fees.
How will you ensure consistency across offices and managers?
We recognize the importance of consistency and are committed to strengthening internal
alignment so that Trusted Partners are utilized and recognized uniformly. This includes clearer
guidelines, education, and reinforcement across our teams.
How is pricing determined, and how does it align with value?
Pricing reflects the level of exposure and opportunities included in each tier. We recognize
that value must be clear and measurable, and we are committed to:
• Increasing transparency around deliverables
• Enhancing the quality and reach of opportunities
• Continuously evaluating pricing to ensure alignment with partner value
Will there still be opportunities outside of the program?
The Trusted Partners program is designed to elevate high-quality vendors. While
communities and boards ultimately make final decisions, the program strengthens your
positioning and increases your likelihood of being considered.
How are vendors selected and held to standards?
We remain committed to maintaining a high-quality network of vendors. The updated
program reinforces expectations through a clear Trust Code of Conduct and ongoing evaluation.
We are also working to strengthen consistency in the application of standards across all
partners.
Where can I find details like the Trust Code of Conduct and program requirements?
Detailed program information is available through our program resources in onboarding. We
are also enhancing documentation to ensure all requirements are clear and accessible.
How many events and touchpoints are included?
Each tier includes a defined set of engagement opportunities, such as lunch and learns,
networking events, and regional activations. We are refining how these are communicated to
ensure partners clearly understand the frequency, format, and expected reach of each
opportunity.
What improvements are being made based on partner feedback?
Based on our recent survey:
• Increasing clarity around program structure and benefits
• Improving communication of value
• Reinforcing vendor standards and program credibility
• Reviewing pricing and cost considerations
Who should I contact for more information?
Your primary point of contact remains your CAM and your Division representative. We
encourage ongoing dialogue and welcome feedback to ensure the program continues to evolve
in ways that support your business goals.
